What Co-boards is
Co-boards is a simple shared board for groups, small businesses and personal projects to keep track of who's doing what. It is provided by Co-boards.org. By creating an account or using it, you agree to these terms.
Your account
Keep your login details to yourself and don't let others use your account. You're responsible for what happens under it. You must give accurate information and be allowed to use any details you put in.
What you can do
Use Co-boards for your own organisation, group or project, or ones you help run, in a normal and lawful way.
What you can't do
Don't break the law, upload anything harmful or that isn't yours to share, or try to hack, overload or copy the service. Don't resell or rebrand it as your own without our written OK. Co-boards isn't built for sensitive personal information — health details, information about children, or financial or identity numbers — so please keep items practical rather than personal.
Your information
The content you add stays yours. You give us permission to store and show it back to you so the service can work. You're responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important — use "Download my data" any time.
It's early software, so "as is"
Co-boards is provided as-is, without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or fit a particular purpose. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for lost profits, lost data, or other indirect losses. Nothing here removes rights you have that can't legally be removed.
Availability
This is early-access software. We may change, pause, or stop features, ideally with notice.
Closing accounts
To close your account and have your personal data removed, email admin.coboards@gmail.com; we'll action it within one month. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk; where we reasonably can, we'll tell you why first.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
